product quality and customer service through a management system which

that are audited at regular intervals, and the application of quality
assurance techniques using only up to date customer requirement,
relevant specifications and standards. |

that customer standard and regulatory requirement are recognized through
contract review. |

To develop and maintain effective
training for all employees as an integral element in our quality

those supplies sourced from vendors who have demonstrated that they have
in operation a quality assurance system appropriate to the product.
